Mustafapasa Village
With the foundation of Turkish Republic, majority of the Christians living in central Anatolia left their houses. This small village is a represantative of Old Christian Houses.
Keslik Monastery
Once your Mustafapasa visit’s done, you keep on visiting one of the oldest Monastery, Keslik Monastery. Here, you see the oldest examples of wall paintings, also known as frescoes.
Sobessos Ancient City
You will stop at an ancient city called Sobessos. There are still mosaic decorations of an ancient temple. Official excavation and restorations are still being performed. After taking your photos, you guide will take you to Soganli Valley to have lunch in a local resturant which is also an apple garden.
Soganlı Valley
Soganli Valley is famous for its old Christian churches and baby dolls. Living in the caves is not safe all the time. Natural erosion is keeping on and there is no way to stop it. So many people had to leave their cave-houses and government made it easier for locals to move. Selling baby-dolls to the visitors in Soganli Valley, local ladies try to get some income. There is also a small walk through the valley.
Underground City
Depending on the seasonal crowd, you guide will also take you to one of the underground cities of Kaymakli or Mazi. Both underground cities are well-wortth to explore.
